Founder

Technologist and data scientist with nearly three decades of experience across finance, public health, and AI governance. Founded CirroLytix, a social impact AI company, and Data and AI Ethics PH to advance responsible AI adoption in the Philippines. Represents the Philippines on the UK's Expert Advisory Panel on Advanced AI Safety.

Executive Director and Chief AI Ethicist

Writer and educator whose career spans journalism, publishing, and development work. Currently leads Data and AI Ethics PH's advocacy and public engagement on responsible AI adoption. Quoted by Al Jazeera and other international outlets on AI, disinformation, and Philippine policy.
